OBJECT OF HOLLYWOOD GARBAGE: The object of Gan Deng Yan is to empty your hand first or have the smallest amount of cards possible when another player does.

MATERIALS: One+ standard 52-card deck, chips or pennies, and a flat surface.

OVERVIEW OF HOLLYWOOD GARBAGE

Hollywood Garbage is a compendium style card game for 3 or more players. Players will play four separate rounds for each hand and will either win or lose chips from other players. Stakes should be settled before the game starts.  바카라사이트

There are four rounds of the game. There is a poker, bingo, put and take, and count up round. Each player should start with the same amount of chips or coins. 

SETUP 

For a 3-person game, a single deck should suffice, for 4 to 5 players two decks are used, and for 6 or more 3+ decks are used. 

The first dealer is chosen at random and passes to the left for each new hand. The dealer shuffles the deck and will start to deal during the first round.

Card Rank and Values

The poker round of the game uses the following ranking. Ace (high), King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 (low). 

The count up round used the following ranking. King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and Ace. There are also values associated with the cards in the above order they are 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 value. 

GAMEPLAY

There are four rounds of gameplay. Players start with the poker round and it’s followed by the bingo, put and take, and finally the count up round. 

Poker

The first round is the poker round. To start, all players put the same ante into the pot for the round. Then the dealer will deal each player, one card at a time, a hand of 5 cards face up. After each player has their completed hand they are compared and the player with the best poker hand wins the pot. If there is a tie the player split the pot.  

Bingo

After the poker round is over the bingo round begins. The same 5 cards are used by the players and the dealer will flip from the undealt deck. One card at a time the dealer will reveal a card and each player who has a card of that rank will place a coin on their card. The first player who places a coin on each of their 5 cards will call bingo and will collect all the coins from all the cards. If there is a tie, players split the winnings.
